  • So I came in wanting something new and was greeted very warmly! The man in red approached me very welcoming and nicely! Great first impression!! I told him I some to try something new and he asked what I wanted I told him about the tic toc trend with fufu and the okra, he brought out the top 3 soups for me to sample which was very kind of him. Let me tell you what! This place is fantastic. I’m leaving this review after I tried an African beer and 3 soup samples and it was so good I had to leave the review before I left. Yall come check this place out! You won’t be disappointed. Sorry but my stomach seen the samples first

  • I can’t say enough positive things about FAD African Fine Dining! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance felt warm and elevated, with an attention to detail that instantly set the tone. The menu offers an impressive variety of authentic Nigerian dishes—everything we tried (especially the suya and egusi soup) was cooked with precision, full flavor, and real heart. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable about the cuisine, and committed to making our experience memorable. Whether you’re looking for a special night out or just exploring West African cuisine for the first time, this place absolutely delivers. I’ll be coming back again and recommending it to everyone I know! Don’t judge my picture I tore it up lol

  • I've been a loyal customer of FAD for the past 7 years, following them from Austell to their new location in Mableton. My go-to order is always their delicious goat meat pepper soup - I've tried other dishes, but this is always a winner. I've even ventured out to try other African restaurants, but FAD has always been my favorite. My visit to their new Mableton location on 10/31/2025, was a great experience. The goat meat pepper soup was just as good as I remembered, and it really hit the spot. The owner is super welcoming and talks to you with such kindness. Overall, I really enjoyed my meal and I'm glad they're still serving up amazing food in their new spot.

  • They served me the best jollof rice special, it was the best, very tasty and delicious. I tried their suya and it was the best I’ve ever had. Their Ayamashe was nicely spiced, it had a lot of meat in it. The owner was really nice, friendly and very helpful.

  • The food was amazing!!! We went on Friday and got the daily special, suya and also some peppered turkey and ayamase stew, everything tasted so wonderful that we got extra food for takeout and everything was very reasonably priced. The service was fast and great. If you’re thinking of visiting, make sure you stop by!

  • The saying, “Don’t judge a book by its cover,” couldn’t be more true when it comes to this hidden gem. From the outside, I didn’t think much of the place, but that impression changed the moment I walked in. I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional service from my server—attentive, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The menu offers a delightful variety of traditional Nigerian dishes, including the rare White Soup. I started with the suya, which was absolutely mouthwatering. Perfectly spiced and served with soft but not overly sweet plantains fried to perfection, alongside flavorful pepper sauce. For my main, I ordered Egusi and bitter leaf, suya, plantain and moi moi to-go for the family to enjoy. Food came out quickly, the portion size was generous and the pricing incredibly reasonable. The atmosphere inside was relaxed, inviting, and comfortable—a perfect place to unwind and enjoy great food. I’ll definitely be returning. Thanks for an amazing experience!
